• Check-in at the school no earlier than 17:00 / 5:00 PM
• Please note that all participant wristbands needs to be collected from the event office in the club house. The wristband gives accesss to the dining hall.
• Due to fire safety and security regulations issued by Tønsberg Municipality, we ask all guests staying overnight at schools to bring only single-sized mattresses.

Check-out from Schools at 11:00 AM

• Check-out from the schools is at 11:00 AM on the final day of the tournament.
• Rooms must be left in the same condition as they were upon check-in.
• Luggage may not be stored at the school after this time.

Pratcical information

• The school is next to Sparebanken Norge Arena where all meals will be served.
• The School is only a 5 minute walk from Flint Esso Arena
• The nearest grocery store is Meny Tolvsrød just a few minutes walk from the school
• Showers are availble at Sparebanken Norge Arena 
  • An adult supervisor must accompany the players to the changing rooms for showering.
  • Please be considerate of the fact that several teams will be using the showers, and keep your time as brief as possible.
  • The changing rooms must be left clean and tidy.
  • Teams staying at the school can also use showers at Flint Esso Arena
